I Order Samples? Are They Free? We do charge for samples. Since most the polo shirts on this web site are either close out, clearance or on sale, samples can not be returned. |

| How Soon Can I
Get My Products? Blank goods are shipped with 24 to 48 hours from the time order is places. For embroidery orders, we usually ship 7~10 working days from sample swatch approval, meaning the day you approve the embroidered sample copy of your artwork we email you. You can waive the sample copy to speed up production but it is NOT recommended. However, there are times when you just HAVE to have that shirt done before a special event! In that case, talk you your custom service representative, and we'll be more than happy to try get your order done in time. Orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. |

| I Don't Have a
Design. Can You Help?
Sure. We work with embroidery.com which has hundreds of designs. Most of them costs $15.00 or less. |

| I Have My Own
Design, What Do I Do Now? If you have an electronic copy of your artwork, email it to us at art@clearancepoloshirts.com. We prefer files in the following format: EPS, TIFF, PDS and JPEG. Most of the times the people who print your business cards should have your logo or artwork in 1 of these formats. There is a $50 fee to turn your artwork into a format our embroidery machines can recognize. If you don't have your artwork in an electronic format, but have a clean laser print out of the design in colors, send it to us at: The Promotion Factory, Inc. |

| What
is Your Return Policy? We will email you a sample sew-out, i.e. a copy of your design embroidered on the same fabric as the product you ordered before production. Once this sample is approved, we will proceed with production and from this point your order can not be cancelled or returned. However, if you are not happy with the sample you receive, we will be more than happy to fix it until you are satisfied. Once the sample is sent to you, you will be charged for the design. Closeout and clearance items can not be returned, even if they are blank goods. |

Much Do You Charge for Embroidery? In general the embroidery charge is as follows for logos that fit into our embroidery guideline (3" x 2" max). If you're not sure, email your artwork to art@clearancepoloshirts.com and we'll be more than happy to tell you if your logo fits into our guideline.
