| Samples We do charge for samples. Since most the polo shirts on this web site are either close out, clearance or on sale, samples can not be returned. |

| Shipping
and Production Time Orders are shipped 7~10 working days from sample swatch approval, meaning the day you approve the embroidered sample copy of your artwork we send you. You can waive the sample copy to speed up production but it is NOT recommended. However, there are times when you just HAVE to have that order done before a special event! In that case, talk you your custom service representative, and we'll be more than happy to try get your order done in time. Orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. |
